Our program follows a European/German-inspired development philosophy focused on technical quality, discipline, decision-making, confidence on the ball, and strong training habits.

Players train with experienced academy coaches and compete with players in their own age group who are motivated to improve. Our goal is to help each player develop the skills, mentality, and understanding needed to play at a higher level.

CFA players have also had opportunities to gain international experience, including our Germany trip where our teams played against professional academy environments. These experiences help shape our standards and give players exposure to a higher level of the game.
