THE 5 CFA FUNDAMENTALS
BALL MASTERY
The way players interact with the ball is a defining factor in their success. In FUNdamentals we focus on giving players an understanding of how to control the ball, wether it comes fast, slow or in the air.
PASSING
Passing is the foundation of team work in soccer. Instead of just flashy moves and fast running, we teach our players to make the ball work for them and teamwork the priority.

ShOOTING
While most see shooting as a strength-based skill, at CFA we believe the key to great shooting is technique, strategic aiming and timing. With the right training any player can develop the perfect shot.
TACTICS + POSITIONING
Everyone has a part to play in a team. Teaching a solid understanding of how the game of soccer works, past just individual actions, is deeply ingrained in our training.

DRIBBLING
Dribbling is essential for moving the ball and getting past opponents. Learning how to dribble in a controlled way while strategically applying speed and tricks is essential to building a great player.
