PLAYER FITNESS TRAINING PLANS
We developed 2 sample monthly training plans with Kinesiology students of University of Toronto. One representing a sample training plan during the development period of the year NOV to APR and one during the competitive season MAY to OCT. The plans extend through 4 weeks with several weekly sessions of 45 minutes each and incorporates pictures and videos.
