Sarper is a motivated soccer coach with 7+ years of experience coaching Arsenal Soccer School teams in Istanbul, instilling discipline and exceptional performance in coaching and match play. Sarper has a Turkish C License.

Sarper's commitment to soccer goes past coaching, he played 14 years for the youth teams of Turkish first division (super league) team, Galatasaray Istanbul. He has excellent communication with young players  and  a well trained  eye for talent development.

He started in CFA as the assistance coach of the U12 in 2019 and has been promoted to head coach of the U11.
