Personal Training |
Some of our athletes want to dedicate themselves to a special, personalized training to further improve their skills in a one-on-one, 1 hour session with one of our coaches.
We provide technical, tactical and physical individual coaching and training on the soccer field or in a theory session. In theory sessions we look at technical, tactical skills in general or analyze training/match performance of our athletes via video analysis of movement, positioning, technical execution etc. (video of match to be provided by player). Our Fitness team will develop and maintain a personal fitness program to help players to recover from injuries or close a performance gap. |
